Bruce Cymanski, 49, was indicted on August 31, 2021, by a Grand Jury in Middlesex County, New Jersey for first degree murder and aggravated sexual assault in the January 7, 1999 homicide of 17-year-old Nancy Noga in Sayreville, New Jersey. Noga was reported missing that day when she did not return home from work. Her body was found five days later in a wooded area behind a shopping plaza. She had been sexually assaulted and had been killed by blunt force trauma. She was found face down in the snow.

Cymanski is currently facing several charges, including first degree murder, first degree felony murder, and aggravated sexual assault, in Middlesex County Superior Court.
