J.D. Wallace Simien was arrested on November 4, 2021 and charged with a series of three rapes that took place in Sacramento, California a decade ago. The first victim, known as J. Doe, was assaulted on September 19, 2013. The second victim, known as T. Doe, was assaulted on December 10, 2013. The third victim, H. Doe, was assaulted at knife-point on January 8, 2014. All three rapes took place near cloverleaf-shaped freeway intersections as so became known as the ‘Cloverleaf Rapist.’
There is currently no information as to who performed the FGG investigation, or how the final confirmation to Simien was made.
Simien is described as being married and a father of three. He is facing 11 felony charges related to sexual assault, rape, kidnapping, robbery, and using a deadly weapon in Sacramento Superior Court.
