Fifty-two-year-old Ted Foy was arrested and charged on May 1, 2023 for a November 13, 2007 home invasion rape in Wichita, Kansas.
The victim was sexually assaulted by an unknown male who had broke into her home near the 1900 block of South Tara Falls, around 11 pm in the evening.
There is currently no information on who conducted the FGG investigation. Reports state that it was conducted by the Wichita Police Department, the Air Force Office of Special Investigations and the Sedgwick County Regional Forensic Science Center.
Foy is currently detained and facing charges of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy, sexual battery, and attempted rape in Sedgwick County Court Criminal Division.
